FAQ

When will the 12-week English Pronunciation Course be available?
This course will launch in April 2011. Until then, get a head start by registering as a free member and participating in the Free Pronunciation Short Course. This audio program with transcripts will give you an introduction to the topics we will be covering in the full course. You will also be the first to receive updates regarding the full-length course and discount offers which I will only be making available to English Pronunciation Lab members.

How do I register as a free member?
Enter your name and email address on the home page or in any of the registration forms you’ll find in the right sidebar or at the bottom of this page. You’ll be taken to a confirmation page where you can create your user name and password. You must complete this step in order to access your free membership and the Pronunciation Short Course.

I lost my password. What should I do?
Your password is completely automated and private. Even I don’t know what your password is! You’ll need to click on the Forgot your password? link on the login page, and you’ll be sent instructions for resetting your password.

Why can’t I see all the free course content on my dashboard?
The Free Pronunciation Short Course consists of 8 parts. Each part is made available every three days. This is done purposely in order to give you time between segments for practice and review. You’ll receive an email every three days reminding you that the next part of the course is available. After you’ve accessed all 8 parts, the content will remain on your dashboard for you to access at any time.

Why wasn’t my comment approved? Why was my comment deleted?
I only approve comments from people who give their real names. As much as I love the flattering comments from people with names like “tax exemption service” and “internet marketing made easy”, I’m smart enough to see that by embedding a link to your sales page in your “name”, you are using this community for your marketing efforts and to build unrelated backlinks. Flattering comments or not, as a service to the members here, I will not allow this kind of underhanded marketing in this community.
